How do I register for a course without a username or password?
First you select a course, then you will be prompted to create a username and password. This username and password is exclusively for you.

Can I register and pay for an employee?
A registration will remain in the name of the person who has registered for the course. If you are interested in registering an employee or group of employees, please contact us at Support@TowCe.com or by text at 512 814-6540.
How do I register multiple students at one time?
To register multiple students, please call our sales team at Support@TowCe.com or by text at 512 814-6540.
How can I pay for the course?
You can pay for the course by credit card. If you are a corporate client that is signing up multiple students, you can set up a corporate billing account and be invoiced for your purchase at the end of each month. How do my credits get reported to the state?
The Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation (TDLR) allows 7 days for a provider to report a completed course. While we try to report our students more quickly than 7 days. If you need your course reported quickly, we now offer guaranteed reporting within 24 hours of completion for a small fee of $5.
When I complete the course, should I print a copy of my class certification?
As a general rule, we highly encourage all students to print their certification paperwork and retain that certification in a secure area.
Why should I pay for Gauranteed 24-hour Reporting?
TDLR allows a continuing education provider 7 days to report the courses. While we try to report our students more quickly than that. If you need your course reported quickly, we now offer gaurenteed reporting within 24 hours of completion for a small fee of $5.
Why should I pay for a Professionally Printed Certificate?
We now offer a professionaly printed certificate that is yours to hang within your work station to show your clients that you are up-to-date with the latest information. These certificates are typically mailed within 7 days.
I lost my certificate, how do I get another one?
You may log back in and print an additional certificate, if you are having difficulty you can email at Support@TowCe.com or by text at 512 814-6540.
How do I go back and reprint my certificate of course completion?
Go to www.towce.com and log in using your username and password. Click on the certificate icon next to the course title you would like to reprint.
I forgot my Username and Password. What do I do?
Click on the “forgot password” link below the student login. Then enter your email address. You should receive an email to your email address stating your password. If you have forgotten your username and password, please contact customer support at Support@TowCe.com or by text at 512 814-6540.

What materials come with the Towing courses?
No printed materials come with any of the courses; all of the material is online.
